David Pounds - Chief Executive

David launched BTV Post in 2002 as a complement to the Electric Sky companies working in distribution and production. BTV Post launched as the first regional HD post house in the UK and now looks after some of the highest quality output for organisations such as BSkyB, The Royal Opera House, BBC, Discovery, Virgin Media, The Body Shop and Sony in TV, Cinema and DVD. The company is continuing its technical spearhead into 3D and is now a respected innovator and serivce provider in 3D.

Jon Lee - Technical Director

Jon has been working in the media industry for 16 years, starting his career in TV at Sussex University's Media Services. He then went on to work at Lighthouse Arts and Victoria Real, specialising with Avid editing systems and Sony video formats and amassing a vast technical knowledge along the way. Jon met David Pounds in 2000 and embarked on the creation of BTV Post. Now in its 9th year, BTV Post is the largest facilities house in Sussex and continues to grow. Jon’s diverse skills encompass acquisition through distribution for TV and Digital Cinema – SD, HD and now 3D.

Susan Tunstall - Head of Facilities

Susan joined BTV Post in November 2005. In that time she has been Bookings Manager and Business Development Manager working closely with clients. Over the last few years she has immersed herself in stereoscopic workflows and 3D content creation. Her current role involves overseeing both the London and Brighton facilities.

Rita Ruparelia - Sales and Marketing Executive

Rita graduated from university in 2005 with a BA Honours in Media and Communication Studies, she then started her career in the media industry as a Post Production Runner and worked her way up to VT Operator before moving into TV Production. Rita has also worked on various successful events, promotions and marketing projects. Rita now brings her multi faceted and wide ranging experience coupled with her flair and veracious passion for sales and marketing to her role at BTV Post.

Ann Black - Brighton Facilities Manager

Ann has been honing her skills in client liaison and technical servicing for almost twenty years. She began her career as a post house receptionist, runner, librarian and bookings assistant. She then joined Flextech Television as Library Manager and later as Technical Co-ordinator. More recently she worked for BVI TV, on the technical side of programme material supply to various broadcasters around Europe. Ann joined the Electric Sky group in 2006, working with Distribution, before moving across to BTV Post in 2009, and now looks after all external client bookings at the Brighton site.

Jenny Potts - London Facilities Co-ordinator

Jenny has 7 years post production experience, working her way up from runner for Oasis Television to Senior Avid Assistant at Blue Post Production. She went on to spend 2 years as Junior Editor for a family media company. Joining BTV Post in 2010, Jenny utilises her technical knowledge to assist clients with their projects. Jenny is the main contact for the London facility.
